About Me:
Johnny was born in California and moved to Chandler, Arizona at the age of 7. Ever since then he has been a local to the chandler region and been involved there. Stemming from Jacobson Elementary to Bogle Jr. High and eventually a graduate of Hamilton High School. Johnny continued to stay local obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona State University.
Having been a physical therapy technician for Spooner and eventually a Functional Integrated Trainer leading in Old Town Scottsdale Spooner, he has developed a love for neurological, vestibular, concussion, general orthopedics, and sports medicine specialties of rehabilitation. This love can be shown as he integrates this passion with his clients. Johnny gained a great base of knowledge from his education with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Gray Institute. Being so involved across the board from high level athletes to high level neuromuscular disorders, Johnny has his eyes on bringing the same level of intense performance for both. In the future, he plans to further his ability to promote a healthy and holistic lifestyle for his community.
Johnny centers his client experiences around creative, functional, integrative, and fun exercise programming. He has never stopped learning and continues to engross himself in every research as he teaches our guild the next steps of the journey. If you find him at a fitness expo or out and about, feel free to stop by and say hi!
Hobbies:
Johnny has been involved in a practice since he was 5 and is a practitioner of multiple disciples such as Muay Thai, Karate, Taekwondo, and Brazilian Jiujitsu. More recreational than the average UFC fighter and just as fun to train with.
On his off-days, you can expect to hear the tunes of the piano playing or he's in the kitchen cooking up a storm just for Gordon Ramsay to call him a donut.
